GEOFOAM Direct Polystyrene blocks and sheets are available in Store and at our Sydney Factory / Warehouse for sale in three densities (Standard SL, Medium M, and Hard VH grades). Standard block sizes are 2500x1200 x 600mm and 5000x1200 x 600mm.

EPS (expanded polystyrene) is a closed cell, lightweight, rigid cellular plastic material produced in a range of densities, the most popular of which are available for purchase on this Product Page.

Polystyrene sheets are renowned for their excellent thermal and sound insulation properties, high compressive strength to weight ratios, and shock absorbing properties. They are inert and stable over decades, and provide no nutritive value either to plants or animals. Polystyrene sheets are considered to be safe for manual handling and in home use. Being light weight and with low embedded energy, they have low environmental impact.
