DELIVERIES To ensure smooth deliveries, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Clear Access: Ensure the unloading area is free from obstructions and easily accessible for delivery trucks/vehicles.
  • Designated Zone: Provide a safe, clearly marked area for unloading that complies with local regulations.
  • Support Available: Have necessary staff or equipment ready to assist if required.
  • Safety First: Keep the area safe and hazard-free. Follow all WHS requirements.
  • Missed Deliveries: If we can't unload due to access issues, re-delivery fees may apply.

SHIPPING COSTS Please note that Geofoam Direct has the right to modify shipping charges for online orders if we discover that the actual costs are significantly higher than the initially calculated website shipping cost.
REGIONAL (OUT OF METRO AREAS) Occasionally, some rural and remote locations aren't always directly serviced. Extra delivery fees may apply to have the goods delivered directly to the address (even though the direct delivery address was provided at the time of order). These circumstances are totally out of our control.
RETURNS POLICY As per our company's return policy, if there is a fault with the product or damage incurred with the product or is not as described, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs. We do not provide refunds for change of minds or in certain circumstances a 10% restocking fee would apply.
