GEOfoam Direct guarantees all its products to be in the best condition and as described at the time of ordering. All our Premium Foam products have a minimum 3 year warranty. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded - no questions asked. Any standard (stock) item (faulty, or not) may otherwise be returned to GEOfoam Direct within 30 days for an exchange or refund - please note that this does not include items that are custom cut to your special order. Return freight costs are to the customer's account, unless by agreement when our product is faulty or damaged.
